Unquestionably one of Romania’s biggest musical exports ever, INNA continues to dominate in the dance music world, with this latest single showcasing another aspect of her sound.

Dancefloor queen INNA burst onto the scene in the early 2010s with unforgettable classics like ‘Hot’ and ‘Sun Is Up’ which brought her huge international success, and continue to live on in clubs to this day. She’s definitely an example of ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’, as she’s spent the last decade releasing banger after banger, and becoming one of the most prolific artists in the genre. Whilst staying true to her dance music roots, she’s explored many different aspects of that sound in recent years. ‘Flashbacks’ is a wonderfully dark, Middle-Eastern flavoured slow-burn with a bassline reminiscent of R3HAB, and a chilling lead vocal from INNA. The hook in the chorus is as catchy as ever.
